Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rahmad Kurniawan, ST., MIT., (MTA., CISDV.) or RK was born in Riau, Indonesia, in 1990. He received the BE(IT) degree in Informatics Engineering from the State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, Indonesia, in 2011, and the Master of Information Technology (MIT) in computer science from The National University of Malaysia, in 2014. From October 2011 – June 2022, he has been a Lecturer with the Department of Informatics Engineering, State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. In 2019 he received a Ph.D. from The National University of Malaysia. In 2025 as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science, University of Riau. His current research interests include machine learning, expert system, data mining & optimization, big data, and intelligent system.

Prof. Dr. Elfizar, S.Si., M.Kom. is a Professor of Computer Science at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Riau (FMIPA UNRI). In addition to teaching and contributing to the development of computer science, he serves as the Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance at the faculty. He was officially inaugurated as a professor in August 2025, reflecting his dedication and contributions to higher education and his field of expertise.

Ibnu Daqiqil Id, Ph.D., is a lecturer at the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Riau. His research interests include machine learning, artificial intelligence, signal processing, geoinformatics, and educational data analytics, with particular emphasis on nonstationary learning and concept-drift adaptation. In addition to his academic work, he serves as Head of the Information and Communication Technology Unit (UPA TIK) at Universitas Riau.

Fatayat, M.Kom., is a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Riau, where she is affiliated with the Diploma Programme in Information Management. Her research focuses on information systems, machine learning, expert and decision support systems, and computational applications in agriculture. She also serves as Secretary of the Department of Computer Science and actively contributes to teaching, research, and community-based digital innovation.

She is also actively involved in community-engagement initiatives that promote digital literacy and the effective adoption of technology.
